CAFOCII History

The Christian Apostolic Fellowship of Churches International, Inc. (CAFOCII) was founded by Bishop Paul M. Capers and was officially incorporated on July 5, 2019.  The Board sanctioned the establishment of the organization on July 21, 2019, and those present to execute the incorporation were Bishop Paul M. Capers, Bishop-elect Talmadge L. Wiggins, and Bishop-elect Craig T. Cash.

CAFOCII held its Inaugural National Conference November 21-23, 2019, at Lively Stone Temple Apostolic Ministries Inc., in Islandton, South Carolina.  The speaker was Dr. Wilbur L. Jones, senior pastor of Beulah Church of God in Christ Jesus, Inc.  Notable events of historical significance include:

-  Bishop Paul M. Capers was installed as the first presiding bishop of CAFOCII.

- Four (4) pastors were consecrated as bishops: Bishop Talmadge L. Wiggins, Bishop Craig T. Cash, Bishop Mark A. Pulliam, and Bishop Reynard A. Pulliam.

- Two (2) pastors were confirmed as district elders: District Elder Bobby L. Harris, Sr. and District Elder Stephen L. Pulliam, Sr.

- Eight (8) churches became affiliates of CAFOCII.

CAFOCII currently has affiliates in California, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
